CNC punching

CNC sheet metal punching

CNC punching for holes, slots and repeated shapes with high precision, even on batches with complex geometries. We work directly from your CAD drawing, with no minimum order.

Step 1

Upload your drawing

Upload the DXF file with the geometries to punch: holes, slots, repeated shapes and any countersunk holes, louvres or ribs on the dedicated layers.

Step 2

Instant quote

Choose material, thickness and quantity: the price updates online instantly, extras included.

Step 3

Production and finishing

High-precision CNC punching, with insertion of cage nuts and other threaded inserts where required.

Precision on repeat batches

The same precision on every part of the batch

CNC punching is the ideal process when a part needs many identical holes, slots or repeated shapes: the die guarantees the same result on every part of the series.

As with our other processes, we also work a single sheet: no minimum order, with the same point of contact following the part from design to delivery.

Not just cutting

Punching operations in detail

Unlike a laser, a punch press can also form the sheet rather than just cut it. Here are the three operations we automatically add to the quote when you mark them on the dedicated layers of your DXF file.

Countersunk or extruded holes
Controlled deformation of the hole for countersunk screws or specific fits: an operation that laser cutting alone cannot achieve.
Ventilation louvres
Slats raised from the plane of the sheet to let air through, formed in a single punching operation.
Stiffening ribs
Structural reinforcements formed directly in the panel, including shaped/curved paths, without adding material.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions

What's the minimum order?

None: we work on even a single piece, with no minimum order quantity.

Which files can I upload for a quote?

DXF and STEP files get an automatic quote, up to 10 MB. For bending you upload the DXF of the flat pattern together with the STEP of the bent part. IGES files aren't read automatically: we review them and send you a quote. Shearing (rectangles and squares) needs no file, just the dimensions.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across Italy and to European Union countries. Shipping depends on the total order weight and on the destination country, and is calculated in the cart before you pay. There are two surcharges: one for parts longer than 2 metres and one for remote locations (minor islands, isolated mountain or lagoon areas), which we recognise from the postcode.

Can I collect my order at your premises?

Yes, free of charge: choose "Free collection at our premises" in the cart and you pay no shipping. You collect in Torre Annunziata (NA), Italy, at Via Terragneta 40, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. We let you know when the order is ready.

What are the delivery times?

You choose in the quote: Standard 10-15 working days, Express 7-10 working days (+15%) or Economy 30 working days (-30%). Times start from when we receive your payment.

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card on the secure Stripe page, or by bank transfer: after you confirm the order we show you the IBAN, amount and payment reference and also email them to you. With a bank transfer, production starts when the funds arrive.

Is the quoted price final?

Yes: the price shown, VAT included, is what you pay, plus the shipping shown in the cart. After the order our technical office checks every file: if the part can't be made as drawn we contact you, and you can send a corrected file or cancel the order for a full refund.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we issue an electronic invoice for every order using the details entered at purchase. Businesses provide their VAT number (and, for Italian companies, PEC or SDI code); private customers provide their tax code.

What materials do you work with?

We work with mild steel and stainless steel AISI 304 and 316, plus the other materials available in the online calculator for cutting, bending and other processes.
